It usually shows up on the north side of the roof , because moisture stays there longer........Most shingles manufactored today have a fungus resistor incorperated inside there mixture but over time they break down.....We have the experience and the products to clean and return it a like new look by using low pressure and enviromentally safe but effective sovents to dislodge and remove fungus and mildew from shingles,following with a Stain blocker that bonds and provides a blanket of protection all year round. Below is some information that can ease the grease, answer some simple questions that you could have and never hesitate to email or give us a call. Q: Why should we have our property cleaned? A: Regular routine maintenance plays a big part in property value,it minimizes damage that could be done by mold, mildew, soot, pollen, and even acid rain.Just like our pets and people and even our vehicles,our property needs a good bath once in a while. Q:What kind of cleaners do you use? A:We use several different detergents,which are all eco-friendly depending on the project at hand.If stronger agents are to be used,the client would be notified prior to yse and all precautions would be made.We use only professional grade products and never use bleach or chlorine based materials. Q:How do you do it? A: Depending on the surface to be cleaned,we use low pressure and professional grade cleaning solutions with a dwell time to activate and some times good old fashion elbow grease and a thorough rinse.Most of our washing occurs at low pressure(PSI) in the hundrends instead of the thousands. Q: What about my plants and trees? A: Most of all plants are strong and can usually withstand a regular washing,we're not talking hurricane force pressure. However,if we do use strong agents we shall take all precautionary measure to protect plant life with tarps or drop cloths by any means possible Motorhome and RVer's have been looking for something that lasts and is effective at repairing simple leaks and is low in maintenance, because no one wants to spend there vacation stressing on a leak. The best leak is the one you don't have. But they do and will happen, If you do develop a problem (ie.rusting,chaulking,peeling) don't look any further we're here to help.
